We helped the client to review its total HR lifecycle requirements related to its people (from recruiting, employment, retention, termination, and retirement). For efficient operations of certain areas, we identified several HR outsourcing companies based in the U.S. who provide HR services such as health plans, retirement plans, payroll and other services. We assisted the client to conduct a cost analysis of several vendors and several service options in order to support their vendor selection decision making.
